Touriga Nacional & Cabernet Sauvignon Blend
A bold and harmonious union of Portugal’s noble Touriga Nacional and the iconic French Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine brings together two powerhouse grape varieties in a beautifully balanced blend.
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, it undergoes a gentle maceration for 2 to 3 weeks before spending 8 months maturing in French oak barrels — a process that enhances both its complexity and depth.
TASTING NOTES
With a deep garnet hue, this wine opens with inviting aromas of ripe red fruits, wild berries, and a hint of jam. On the palate, it is elegant yet powerful, offering layers of flavor, refined tannins, and a well-structured finish. Its balance and richness make it enjoyable now, while its tannic backbone gives it excellent aging potential.
PAIRING SUGGETIONS
A perfect companion to hearty stews, grilled red meats, or aged cheeses. Serve slightly below room temperature to bring out its full aromatic profile.
