Fresh & fashionable, Alvarinho is the Portuguese cousin of the Spanish Abarinho grape. Commonly grown in the north west of Portugal, this Lisbon example expresses the high quality nature of the grape in a very approachable & extremely affordable style.
TASTING NOTES
The zestiest of the four Alvarinho’s in our portfolio due to the Atlantic influence, it possesses a bright citric colour with intense aromas of tropical fruits & apricot. It has a good structure which is balanced by an excellent acidity to give ripe white fruit, delicious length & a dry finish.

Serving Temperature: 7°C – 9°C
Food suggestions: Sushi, shellfish & white meats are good matches for this wine. A great summer wine that is as good by itself, as with a meal.
